What we can show today.

This is a pilot edition. So this page says what already works, and what is still being built.

01

Scores stay inside your school

A school sees its own teachers only. A chain's head office sees its own centres. Scores are not shared with other schools.

02

You are told first

Before any question, a teacher sees what the assessment is for, who sees the report, and which sections are compared.

03

Small groups stay private

With fewer than 5 reports on an assessment, nothing is pooled, because it would point at a person.

04

No single number decides

There is no overall score. Each section shows its margin of error, and we say that nobody should be acted on from one label.

05

Names can be hidden

A school can hide teachers' names on its screens. A teacher always sees their own.

06

Consent before invitations

A school chooses how long data is held, and records its consent, before it can invite anyone.

07

Your own consent

Each teacher reads a notice, ticks separate boxes and chooses how long their data is kept, before any question. They get a copy, and it is recorded.

08

My data

Each person can see, download and correct their data, withdraw consent, delete it, and name someone to act for them.

09

Every opening is logged

Each opening of a report is logged, whoever opens it, and the teacher can see that log.

10

Encrypted

Answers and reports are stored encrypted.

11

Complaints

Anyone can complain from the Complaints page. We acknowledge within 48 hours and aim to resolve within 30 days.

12

Under 18

Nothing starts for anyone under 18 without a parent's named consent. Until that step is ready, no such student can be added.

The details you send us

What you enter on the sign-up page is used only to reply to your request. We send no marketing.

Still being built

  • A parent's consent step, before any student under 18 can begin
  • Notices in Hindi and Bengali
  • A legal review of our notices. They are drafts today

The questions are drafts under testing, and no teacher has used them yet. Data is held in Singapore, on our hosting provider's servers.
